Getting there

Flying

Fly into either BQB (Busselton Margaret River) or PER (Perth Airport).

  • Option 1: Fly to BQB. Jetstar flies direct from Sydney (approx. 4.5 hours). From there, it's an easy 45-minute drive south to Gnarabup.

  • Option 2: Fly to PER. Best for flexible flight times or if you want a night in the city first. From Perth, it’s a straightforward 3-hour road trip down to Margaret River.

Getting around

Down south is beautiful, but it's definitely remote! There isn't much public transport out here, and you can't rely on catching an Uber, so we recommend hiring some wheels to get around.

Road-tripping from Perth? It’s an easy 2.5 to 3-hour drive down the highway. You can grab a rental at Perth Airport, or look into No Birds (Bayswater Car Rental) in Kewdale. They are usually much cheaper and run a quick airport shuttle; just keep an eye on their weekend hours.

Flying into Busselton? If you're landing right in the heart of the region at Busselton Airport, Avis, Hertz, and Budget are available at the terminal. It’s a tiny regional hub, so cars go fast. Make sure to book yours way ahead of time!
